Sarah is a Certified Nutrition & Wellness Consultant and a Youth Nutrition Specialist. She’s from the East Coast with a love for the West Coast. She strives to help people enjoy living a healthy lifestyle through nutrition. She loves using writing to encourage, bring hope and speak truth to others. After hours, you can find her spending time cultivating what matters.
Katlin Cilliers is a teacher turned writer from São Paulo, Brazil. She moved to Hawaii two years ago, and is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at the University of Hawaii. She is passionate about human behavior, mindfulness, mental and emotional health. In her free time, you’ll find her running around Oahu’s Parks and writing in her blog.
Catherine Gregoire is an aspiring writer and editor who recently moved to the D.C. metropolitan area to seek out more great opportunities. She has written articles for an assortment of companies and websites. Aside from that, she hopes to spread inspiration and wisdom through Reflect and Refresh. If she’s not writing, she’s most likely being a little crafty with paper.
Olivia Gainey is a twenty-something who spends her time writing, playing D&D, reading Christian socialist political theory, listening to heavy metal, and staring lovingly at her handsome husband.
Niya Kight is a Dance Educator. She focuses her energy on inspiring others to love themselves, embrace their uniqueness, and to fearlessly take on new challenges. Niya uses writing and dance to encourage self-reflection, exploration of thoughts and feelings, and transformation of the mind and body. When Niya is not writing, she is enjoying life with her baby boy, Sunbeam.
Patricia’s fixation with the written word has been with her since she was very young. Originally from Ghana, she has created a television detective drama scheduled for production this summer by a well-known Ghanaian network. The journals she has kept throughout her youth have translated to blogs and she continues to write quality content for her own blog and help others in the world of writing.
Kirsten Kennedy is currently a senior at the Florida State University and loves every minute. She also writes for the FSU chapter of Her Campus. Above all else her motto in life is to be happy. If shes not writing you can usually find her painting, listening to music or sleeping!
Meagen is finishing up her Master’s degree in marketing. She has a passion for writing, art, music, and for helping others. When she isn’t writing or creating art, she is spending time with her bulldog and friends.
