Are you bored with your appearance but not interested in making any extreme changes?
The following nonpermanent transformations are ideal for a quick and easy makeover with little to no financial or time commitment.
1. Switch your part.
Never mind hair colors and cuts. Simply switching your part can enhance your looks by bringing your best facial features out of hiding. Whether based on face shape or personal preference, a new part can soften or slim your face, create symmetry, complement bone structure, and more.
A middle part typically adds novelty and youth, while a good rule of thumb for side parts is that the deeper it is, the sultrier the look.
2. Elevate your eyebrows.
Eyebrows can make or break your appearance, so it is in your best interest to keep them groomed to frame the eyes and add definition to your face.
Experiment with the arch, length, and thickness of your brows, and make them as natural or dramatic as you desire. Tweeze and trim them to keep the shape neat and tidy. Use a brush or gel to keep unruly hairs in place.
Using the tool of your choice, conceal any sparseness to fill out brows and add thickness if needed. For extra prominence, dab on a little highlighter above and below the brows.
3. Different color eyeliner.
Black is the most popular choice of eyeliner, but other colors can have different effects to better suit your new, less traditional style.
A light-colored eyeliner, such as white or nude, creates the illusion of wider, brighter eyes. Brown eyeliner underlines the eyes but in a subtler way than black, and paired with brown mascara balances the eyes for a perfect daytime look.
A swipe of trendy navy-blue eyeliner is a fun way to add a pop of color and can be easily pared down with more natural makeup elsewhere. Any other bright color from red to yellow is sure to make a statement.
4. Paint your nails.
Go beyond your color comfort zone the next time you give yourself a manicure. There’s an entire rainbow literally at your fingertips. Paint your nails neon or pastel, solid or patterned, and top it off with a glimmer coat if you are feeling bold; make sure to keep them clean, regardless.
5. Fix your posture.
Standing up straight makes you look and feel better instantly. Slouching not only makes you look shorter and older, but a bad posture also protrudes the belly, giving the impression you are bigger than you really are. Shoulders square and back straight tucks in your tummy and pops out your assets, making you look taller, thinner, and even younger. Not to mention if others think you are confident, you will feel confident in return.
6. Invest in a different pair of jeans.
We all have a favorite pair of jeans, but it is time to give old reliable the day off. Take your pick from a wide variety of cuts, colors, rises, and washes to hug curves, elongate legs, give your bottom a boost, or accentuate your silhouette any way you please.
Pairing items that you already own with a new pair of jeans also freshens and updates your preexisting wardrobe.

The best part about these suggestions is that if it turns out you do not like them, you can always change back with ease.
